•Children over 12 are welcome at the Main House, children under 12 are welcome at the Guest House

•Check-in time 3-6 p.m. (Earlier or later by prior arrangement)

•Check-out time 12:00 p.m., however you are welcome to continue to use common indoor and outdoor areas thereafter

•We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash

•25% deposit required at reservation

•Full refund for cancellations 10 days or more from scheduled arrival date. Gift Certificate for cancellations less than 10 days and not more than 3 days from scheduled arrival date. Sorry, no refund for no-shows or cancellations less than 3 dayss prior to scheduled arrival date unless vacancy is filled by third party guest.
